Sharam wins BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix of the 2009

On 4 December 2009, Radio1 launched an online vote allowing listeners of the Essential Mix show the opportunity to vote for their favourite Mix of 2009. After a flurry of votes were counted, verified and complied, was announced that the winner of this year’s vote is Sharam.
